The most plugins are not starting because they don’t have permissions, i know its mineos because if i run it on my own gamepc the server is working fine
In your terminal go to /var/games/minecraft/servers
Give us the output of ls -la
From there go into your server dir and do it again
The permissions of the server dir in the first ls -la should be the same as the plugin dir (and everything else) from the second ls -la
They should not be root:root
