Where to put server .jar?

I’ve downloaded the server .jar from the minecraft site, where do I sftp the file to?
It’s probably archive, backup, import, profiles, or servers.
This is running on dietpi / raspberry pi 3b+.

If its the official server jar from Microsoft Mojang, you can download the jar from the profile section as well.

But to add a jar manually you first create a new server in the WebUI. Then you transfer the file to /var/game/servers/[the server name you chose]/

You then can select it in the webUI under the server and the jar pulldown menu
