When I start my server its works fine but after I leave and come back it says its offline but in the console its online. When I click the start button it give me a error 
I am using ubuntu server
It could be the case where the server you’re running just happens to have a different protocol for pings than normal vanilla MC, or a few other long-running projects’.
Some mods do it, some different server software does it.
Alternatively, it could be an artifact of logging into the webui as root–if you can, avoid this (not sure at all it’s applicable here).
That said, hopefully some details are in the logs. Can you provide your /var/log/mineos.log?
sorry for taking so long to respond but when I looked at the logs it says something about it not being able to ping the server
