What is Error 1.10.2?

#1

Hey,

i reinstalled my Centos Server and reinstalled Mineos after this tutorial (https://minecraft.codeemo.com/mineoswiki/index.php?title=MineOS_(yum))
I copied the old tgz to the import folder and created a new server from it.
But when i try to start it from the dashboard there is in the right lower corner the red “Error Message” that says: “1.10.2”
It was long ago i did use mineos and i am not able to find some information about that error (i guess its the version of the profile) and how to fix that.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

greetings from germany

I’m not entirely sure what that error is, but I notice you’re using the Python-based (old, obsolete) webui.

There are two different webuis and the NodeJS based one is newer, and I continually update it and (often improve it). Do you want to try that one instead? It’s called MineOS-node and is installable on CentOS as well.

hi X-Ray-H3,

it may be important to inform what log-in was used and by what method was this done?

hello germany!

Hi X-Ray-H3,

i know it’s a bit late, but I recently installed the python-version and got the error too.

I found out that the URL for the download (Minecraft 1.10.2 server) was wrong.
the working URL is: https://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.Download/versions/1.10.2/minecraft_server.1.10.2.jar

There is .2 missing in the URL at […]versions/1.10**.2**/[…]

Thanks for the fix.

Made the commit just now, updating the git repo should apply the fix.
