USB stick does not show boot system

If I flash the file onto the USB stick with BalenaEtcher and connect it to my PC, I cannot boot via the stick, the selection is not even possible, whereas it works, for example, with the installation of other systems, such as Ubuntu.
It would be nice if you could help me because I no longer want to run my server on Windows.

what do you mean? You flash MineOS onto the usb and its not selectable as a boot drive? and does not show up? but if you flash Ubuntu on there it will show up?
