Unable to start vanilla or forge 1.19.2 server due to mc server not available on port

Hello there. I am unable to get a minecraft server to boot seemingly due to it saying not available on port 25566. Yes i am aware its a different port. I have this port port forwarded on my router. I have java 16 jdk installed and the server says itself im using java 16.0.1. I may or may not have my ip tables set up? I am a linux noob 100%. As the title says I am completely unable to start a vanilla or forge server. A vanilla server will start for a second the first time and refuse to start again unless systemctl stop mineos and systemctl start mineos. The forge version in the mineos.log will ping Mc server not available about 6 times before it stops. I am sorry if this is a repeat but I couldn’t find a solution on the fourms. If you need more info please tell me how to get that info and I will reply.

Update.
I have reinstalled ubuntu server.
Redone the whole MineOS Webui on Ubuntu Server 20 | mineos-node setup here linked here. Had problems with the web ui so I then basically went through the whole thing here. https://wiki.codeemo.com/maint/webui.html

Made new non-root users to use. encrpyed their pass in SHA512
Downloaded 1.19.2 from mojang in the profiles. Tried that and basically only saw issued command start. and received command start with nothing starting. Then installed forge 1.19.2 and proceeded to try that with minor success and you see the log below.

I know this is like a solo thread at this point. I figured it out. I needed to update java because the jdk in the MineOS Webui on Ubuntu Server 20 | mineos-node was out of date. I will write instructions for the future, or maybe even make a video, for others if they stumble upon this.

For my fix. we are going to adjust the Java section in this part of the guide since its out dated MineOS Webui on Ubuntu Server 20 | mineos-node

cd /opt

Note im ssh ed into my ubuntu server and am controlling it from a windows pc.

Your going to go to Archived OpenJDK GA Releases and download the correct version of updated java, at my time its Linux/x64 java 20.0.1. Get the tar.gz file. Be sure to download this into /opt. To download it correctly rclick the tar.gz hyperlink and copy the link. in the ssh while in cd /opt do

wget link

in my case

wget https://download.java.net/java/GA/jdk20.0.1/b4887098932d415489976708ad6d1a4b/9/GPL/openjdk-20.0.1_linux-x64_bin.tar.gz

then go ahead and use tar xf TheFileItDownloaded.

You can proceed using the command list in the guide above. Just note that youll have to modify the commands. You can copy paste them, type them out with the changes got from your file
