I noticed in the profiles tab, there are other types of servers like spigot and forge, is it possible to add a thermos server?

It’s possible, but I probably won’t do it officially. From the Github page:
THERMOS IS NO LONGER BEING DEVELOPED. IF YOU MAKE AN ISSUE, IT WILL NOT BE RESOLVED AND WILL JUST BE CLOSED.

Looks like this project is entirely at the end of its life.
That said, simply downloading the .jar and putting it in the live server directory is all you’d need to do to make it work with MineOS.
