the server keep saying
“Server may not be up when performing this action.”
and the runnable jar does not stay on the 1.18.1 version
it change to “change runnable jar to”
Have you stopped/ killed the server? I noticed in the log your webui is out of date so updating that would be good. There are instructions around on how to do that.
I think you’re trying to run 1.18.1. You need a newer version of java to run that, also instructions around.
Forgive me for not linking the instructions but I am on my phone and can’t easily get those but they’re either here or on the github page.

I updated the Webui and i don’t think there is a change. And the java version is the 16th, for 1.18.1 do i need to update java again? or to reinstall it?
Yes, java 17 for 1.18+
