Spigot doesnt work/Doesnt show up

Hello, my problem is that whenever i want to install Spigot it only shows the BuildTools Jar and the spigot jars dont show up and when i start the server with the buildtools jar it just instantly crashes. Btw running MineOS on Ubuntu Server 20.04.6
