Server not starting through Web-UI - TrueNAS

I followed a guide on how to install MineOS for truenas and I ran into issues starting any server I tried to make, so I used the pre-made MineOS plugin that’s available from their community, but getting the same issue.
The logs don’t give me any good information to go off of, but here they are anyway

I have previously tried using different server Jar files, and it’s capable of running the spigot build tools just fine, it just can’t run any server jar files.
I ran a SHA-265 checksum on the 1.18.1 jar in the var/games/minecraft/servers/minecraft folder and it has a value of SHA256: EBCD120AD81480B968A548DF6FFB83B88075E95195C8FF63D461C9DF4DF5DBDF
which is the exact same as one I downloaded from Mojang directly so I don’t believe it’s corruption that’s an issue.
The eula.txt is showing as eula=true, so that’s fine.
The jail I’m running this on is running the OpenJDK version 16 so that’s the only thing I could think could be the issue?

Any guidance on this would be highly appreciated, thanks.

Tried updating node js, but that seems to have broken authentication. I’m going to re-install it all again

can you run the 1.18.1 directly with java from the console and see what happens?
also ensure java version is the latest for 1.18.1
java --version
java -jar /path/to/1.18.1.jar

It WAS java being out of date that was causing it!
For some reason, it didn’t install, or maybe I just downloaded it without installing? But anyway, I installed openjdk17, then on the host machine, I ran

mount -t fdescfs fdesc /mnt//iocage/jails/MineOS/root/dev/fd
mount -t procfs proc /mnt//iocage/jails/MineOS/root/proc

And we’re up and running! : D
