Did you manually edit the whitelist?
After Minecraft started using the true Minecraft idetiification strings, using mincraft usernames in the whitelist is no longer reccomended, unless you run an “offline” (AKA not cheking with minecraft if the connecting client is a legal client with a legal username).
The best way to add a username to the whitelist is to use the in-game command
/whitelist add [username]
in the WebUI server console use the same command, but without the ‘/’
I suggest you delete your whitelist and add your whitelsited users again using the command.
(the error basically say that your whitelist is corrupted, and expected resulats are not being given from reaiding it)
