Hi! I have a few questions. So first of all it is possible to install mineos on Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 8GB Ram.
I would assume you will need to follow the Node-js instructions as the OS isn’t coded for the ARM chip. Also to consider is the read/write cycles that the SD card will get put through.
And if possible, does it run well on servers and how many servers can it run on.
The last server I built in a SBC was the Raspberry Pi B+. And it wasn’t MineOS, but that was what lead me to here. The hardware could, in theory, handle the tasks, but playability may suffer. If you were looking to host only 1-3 servers at the same time, it may slow all gameplay. But also, having 1 server with 50 players could bog it down as well.
You could always test and report, as I’m sure others would like to know.
