I am successfully running a regular Minecraft server and wanted to add an additional PocketMine one to MineOS so that I can play it from my phone. I chose the MacOS PHP download since it is BSD-derived from what I know. Did I make the right choice? Because I am not getting any jar/phar runnable option to start the server.

They might have the same origins in a general sense, but they’re too drastically different to work together. I’m not sure there is a BSD build that will work for Pocketmine, though presumably one could be built manually, but I wouldn’t even recommend that–it’ll just be far too involving.
