A better solution might be for you to install a Linux distro that isn’t MineOS Turnkey. Find any Linux distribution that is 32 bit and more easily gets Java 8 installed.
Then, install the webui atop that as just a normal application.

Yeah, people can solve it. You can’t.
This issue of not being able to update Java is not a MineOS issue, it is a Linux issue. Since you struggled with one distro, I recommended using another.
It’s far more likely that people are not jumping in to this thread to solve your issue, which you have put no real apparent effort, yourself.
