I have a Minecraft server for my friends and I want to install mods in it. I got profile “paper-1.17.1-latest” and the runnable jar is “paperclip.jar”. I’m also running mineos in Debian Linux OS so I don’t know much about Linux and how it works. is there a site where shows the commands so I can run the through putty?

There should be another interface to navigate the files of a minecraft server.
