How to get permission to use commands on my own like /tp or /gamemode

good afternoon, I am new to creating servers with Minaean.
my question is: How to activate commands in minecraft and / tp / gamemode, etc. and try many things and I am lost. I always get the message that I dont have permission to use those commands.

If you have successfully entered the web UI, you enter commands in the “console” page. It will send commands to the game console and return the results live.

excuse me… but i cant find the console page… in the web UI 1.2.2. where is?
