how would i make it so only ops can break blocks in spawn on my mineos server

I haven’t tried it yet but, have you set the world to adventure mode? Set the permissions in server props. to 1, then go to the logs tab and set the player who will be the ops the gamemode of creative or survival?
I’d say just set the Spawn Protection field in the Server.Properties file/tab to the wanted range.
