Forge 1.12.2 can't start from WEB UI but over SSH yes

Hi,

I have an older MineOS Turnkey:

Linux PS-MCServer2 4.19.0-17-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.194-3 (2021-07-18) x86_64 GNU/Linux

and have there downgraded Java to:

java version “1.8.0_371”
Java™ SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_371-b11)
Java HotSpot™ 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.371-b11, mixed mode)

but have problems to start the Forge 1.12.2 over WEB UI.
When I try to start the Forge 1.12.2 directly from command line then it started and works correctly, but when I try it from WEB UI it start but I don’t know what or how its started while I can see any changes in the logs and also can’t access the Minecraft server.
I try to access logs over SSH, but when I run it over WEB UI then there aren’t generated any log files.

So looks the settings:

Please is possible to tell me where is the problem and help me to resolve it?

I have found the problem.
The version that I used was too old for this version of Forge. After installing the latest one and downgrade the Java to 1.8 then it started to work.
