I’m wondering if MineOS does something with the fan-control? I’ve got a Acer Veriton L840G, and in the BIOS de default setting in ‘PC Health Status’ > Smart Fan: Enabled.
Does Linux (MineOS) control the fan itself, or does the BIOS control the fan? I read about fan being controlled by Linux (http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/How_to_control_fan_speed).
It looked like the fan is blowing faster if i just stay in the bios. But does not blow faster if I startup MineOS…
