I can’t for the life of me to get my server up and running. It keeps telling me to accept the EULA, so I click the “accept the eula button” and nothing happens, so I click the “start button” and the server seems to start up and the it goes back down. I have done the updating of the scripts at the command line interface and still nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong and how do I go about fixing this annoying little problem.

Are there any indications of failure in the log files: /var/log/mineos.log?

Asking because your problem may not be Eula acceptance.
In that log it will indicate if you have Eula=true or =false.

You can always head to the /var/games/minecraft/servers/[server] directory and manually edit the eula.txt file (changing eula=false to eula=true and saving). Not sure why the button wouldn’t be working, but as @tNt said, you should upload the MineOS log to pastebin and then link to it here however before you do, you should first try updating the web ui and verifying whether or not the problem still persists.
