I may be reading things wrong, but it appear that the Dockerhub container for MineOS hasn’t been updated since last summer while the GitHub repository has changed in the last few months (adding Java 17, etc.).
I assume that if there were workflows established to update the container in Dockerhub from GitHub that they have broken. Is there a mechanism for @hexparrot to automatically update the container or should perhaps the community step up to help individuals learn how to build their own containers from the GitHub repository directly (or populate Dockerhub with alternative and up to date containers for noobs).
