Can't connect to my Servers in Minecraft

Hey guys,

This week I installed mineOS on a HP ML350g6 that i got for free from trash.

The problem I am having is, that I can only connect to some MC-Servers.

Working Versions: 1.8, 1.12, 1.14.4, 1.16.5(modded seems to work on these too)
Non-Working Versions: 1.10.2, 1.18(and modded Versions of these)

I tried to connect via the Non-puplic IP(192.***) as well as with Open2Lan.

I am only using root for Management

FTP and Web User Interface are only accessed as mc.

Update: I have sort of figured out the problem: 1.18.2 is working now, but 1.10.2 is still not working.
On the WebUI Ping-Version has a Value on working Versions. But on non-working ones(1.10.2) it has no Value.
