i need help, i am unable to access my web ui, ive tried reinstalling, restarting, nothing works.
Ensure you are using https:// at the beginning of the URL.

1st try and ping the address - in command prompt in windows / terminal in linux or mac type: ping 10.0.2.15, if you get response then confirm you have the right port to access the webui ie: 8443, 443, 8080, etc… this would have been show during install and when completed - if you can not ping address then either network issue or firewall issue. I see your server is on a 10.x.x.x network in the screen shot you shared - most home networks are on 192.x.x.x just to confirm. If this is correct your need a route from 192 network to 10 network, if flat 10 network then i would look back to what port is used from webui
