Add User in MineOS Turnkey Server

So I used to have my MineOS config on an Ubuntu server and have now adjusted to using the MineOS Turnkey and loving the simplicity it gives…

My issue at the moment is how to add a user to the server and to then give that user access to turn make changes.

I’d like to also know if there is a lockdown setting for RAM per server created for said new users?

and yes MineOS turnkey is good i like it too because it is tailored for MineOS without any irrelevant stuff.
