[1.19.2] Mine OS Forge install

Hello,

I am brand new to Mine OS and need helping installing Forge 1.19.2 onto it. Is there any tutorial or anything or can someone here help me please. II have tried to look at YouTube but nothing is helpful. I just want a forge server in 1.19.2 that I can mod.

Minecraft forge 1.18.1 no targetable jar
