I updated my 60GB HDD to a 120GB HDD and webUI didn’t seem to catch the HDD change. Did I miss a step in the change. I cloned the data using Clonezilla 184.108.40.206 and re-sized the partition with g-parted 0.20.0.2. Do I need to do a fresh install of MineOS Turnkey .05 or can I fix this minor issue.
This is a known, low-priority issue that can’t be fixed by reinstallation. For the most part, it’s best if you just ignore it.
The value reported about the HDD is the amount of remaining space on the partition where your game files reside. For MineOS Turnkey installations, the game directory root is /var/games/minecraft, which is almost always the same as the size of the HDD altogether.
It’s meant as a guide to help prevent filling the HDD (where archives build up over time) but is in no way as accurate or better than
df or other utilities you can use.
At any rate, if you’re still concerned about the mismatch or are concerned something is misconfigured, report back what your partitions actually say are being used as well as what you’re seeing in the web-ui.
