Self-signed Certificate doesn't work? NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

When trying to enter the web ui using https:// my IP: 8443

I get the NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID.

As well as saying my site is not secure.

I have done the secure HTTPS Operation following this guide:

Does this mean I need to get a third-party certificate?

If it’s working you should have a button to click to continue anyway. You control the site so you don’t have anything to worry about.

Solved. I can’t remember exactly but if you click around, there should be a small blue text that says something along the lines of " Proceed Anyway ". You will have to click a button that says more info or whatnot. GL
