When I ckick on UPDATE The x Does not come a check mark!!! Does someone can help me!!
It will likely not be an instant occurrence. MineOS will then go and download the file. If it never changes copy and paste the URL into a browser and make sure it starts downloading. You need a direct link to a server jar.
